You are solely responsible for managing your crypto wallet and ensuring proper transaction execution.

We accept no liability for failed payments, wallet issues, blockchain errors, or token usage mishandling.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services in any way that:

Violates any law or regulation

Infringes on our intellectual property or that of others

Scrapes, extracts, or mines data using bots or automated tools

Reverse-engineers, clones, or replicates our platform

The amount paid by you to Guardis in the 12 months preceding the claim
