• Guardis tokens are not tradeable, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other currencies or assets.

• Payments made using cryptocurrency are non-refundable, and Guardis does not guarantee the value or stability of any token or payment method.

• You are solely responsible for managing your crypto wallet and ensuring proper transaction execution.

• We accept no liability for failed payments, wallet issues, blockchain errors, or token usage mishandling.

You may not use the Services in any way that:

• Violates any law or regulation

• Infringes on our intellectual property or that of others

• Scrapes, extracts, or mines data using bots or automated tools

• Reverse-engineers, clones, or replicates our platform

• Uses Guardis to train AI or machine learning models

• Competes with or copies Guardis functionality for commercial use

• Attempts to breach the security, performance, or integrity of our systems

We reserve the right to determine prohibited use and may suspend or restrict access at our sole discretion.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Warranties of accuracy, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, or availability

• Guarantees that the data or platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Guarantees that token scans, payments, or access to features will work as expected at all times

We reserve the right to take the platform offline for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons, without liability for downtime or interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardis and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Lost profits, revenue, or data

• Business interruption or reputational harm

• Losses arising from token use, crypto payments, or platform errors

If we are found liable, our total liability shall be limited to the greater of:

• £100 GBP, or

• The amount paid by you to Guardis in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guardis Ltd., its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal costs arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms

• Your misuse of the Services

• Your violation of any rights of a third party

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

You remain liable for any actions taken through your account before termination.

Provisions that survive termination include: intellectual property rights, disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
